Abstract

Al-Hadi (284-298 AH) during his 14-year rule reformed the affairs of the government and solved the challenges in the Yemen region. His economic reforms gained trust and influence in the hearts of the Yemeni people and tribes. In this article, considering the chaotic economic situation of Yemen, the most important economic reforms of Al-Hadi are discussed. The question is, from what sources did Al-Hadi meet his economic needs? And what is the role of economic reforms in the process of consolidating his government? The purpose of writing this article is to identify theological measures in line with economic reforms, which is written with a descriptive and analytical method based on library study and the use of ancient and first class sources.
It is assumed that the formation of an economic system based on collecting taxes, zakat and tribute and solving the problems of farmers and merchants by Al-Hadi led to economic stability and security, and this caused his political influence and strengthened and stabilized the foundations of his government. Finally, we came to the conclusion that Al-Hadi was able to create an income-generating economic system by adopting Islamic rules and laws such as: Shariah orders to governors and agents, collection of jizya and tribute, implementation of Islamic laws in market and trade affairs and taking care of the poor and weak. to do
