Abstract
Abstract One of the main achievements of the Shia governments in Iran is the establishment of Ashura Khana and the growth of Shiism. Among these Qutb Shahians, they have a special place due to the valuable role they played in strengthening and revitalizing Shiism in the southeast of Iran. What has Shahian done in the development of ashurakhanas? The hypothesis of the research is as follows, the purpose of the expansion of ashura houses during the Qutb Shahian period is in line with the process of promoting Shiism, so that it is possible to support Shiite scholars and promote their thought. In general, the results showed that Qutb Shahian supported the Shia religion by using political and cultural power, benefiting from the policies of supporting religious tolerance and rapprochement between Sunnis and Shias, as well as holding scientific debates and the works and writings of scholars of that period.
