In "Iranshahri thought", we are always faced with two royal models. A good king who is considered the chosen one of God and the representative of his will on earth; He is the custodian of order and ritual and the agent of good, happiness and prosperity. In contrast, there is an bad king who represents the will of the devil and is the embodiment of evil, corruption and destruction. This intellectual system was also considered in Iran during the Islamic period, and it has often been tried to compare the rulers of this era with the "Shah -e- Armani"(Ideal kings) of ancient Iran. Rulers whose functions have led to security, development and prosperity have been identified with ancient examples. One of these cases is the Mongol's Khan, Möngke Khagan, who is superior to the previous Khans from the point of view of Juwayni. In this research, with a descriptive-analytical method and citing library sources, an attempt is made to answer the question that what were the reasons of Juwayni in assimilating Möngke Khagan with the "Shah -e- Armani"(Ideal kings) of Iran? The findings of this research show that after the initial chaos caused by the Mongol invasion, In order to restore order and security in the society, Ata malik Juwayni wants a strong and powerful ruler to be able to organize the existing chaos. Therefore, when Möngke Khagan reached the throne, he considers him worthy of such a position and compares his features with "Shah -e- Armani"(Ideal kings).
