Taqiyya means avoiding falling into the trap of danger and fatality, one of the most important factors in preserving Shia schooling throughout history. After the events of Karbala and the martyrdom of Imam Hussein (AS), Imam Sajjad (Imamate: 61-95 AH) inevitably adopted the Taqiyyah as the best political method, and the subsequent Shia imams also benefited. They used this method to preserve the Imamate and its Shiite identity. The events and intrigues that occurred at this point in the history of the Imamate were among the most complex and dangerous crises that each required the adoption of clever positions and any mistake could continue the imamate and rebuild the Shiite community. Sajjad (AS) sought to face irreparable risks. In the political arena of Ibn Zubair's rebellion, the Tobin uprising, the Mokhtar uprising, and most importantly the coming of the Marwani branch; This is what Imam Sajjad (AS) faced. This study seeks to answer the question of how Imam Sajjad (AS) was able to safeguard himself and his Shiite community at one of these critical junctures, namely, the event of al-Shari'ah. Explaining Taqiyyah in the face of this event, raise doubts about Imam Sajjad's (AS) political stance on the Hera incident, and explore the dimensions of this policy
