An approach to the pathology of translation; Case Study: Through the Earth Mirza Tahir Tonekaboni

Abstract

"Translation knowledge" is one of the ancient sciences among Muslim scholars. Translation or biography introduces scientific, spiritual and social figures. This knowledge was initially under the "knowledge of history" and later separated from the knowledge of history for some reason. Mirza Taher Tonekaboni, scholar, mystic and peripatetic philosopher of the Qajar and Pahlavi periods; He is one of those who have narrated a dignity for him (during the earth - Ascension). The fame and scientific and spiritual personality of Mirza Taher Tonekaboni, as well as its narration by some scholars of translation and translation, has caused this dignity to be widely accepted and reviewed in books, magazines and Internet sites. An examination has so far found no evidence that has validated the said dignity. The question of this research is how valid is the dignity quoted about Mirza Taher Tonekaboni? Comparing the years of the pillars of this report with each other, the author has come to the conclusion that this dignity is not sufficiently credible.
