Taking advantage of the descriptive- analytical method, the research concludes that mosque of Kufa constantly preserved its political position during this phase. The mere difference was that in time of Imam Ali and Imam Hassan (PBUT) compared with Omayyad era, the presence of associates of sovereignty was more than that of the opponents. Moreover, a relative balance was made between the followers and adversaries relying on the conducts of falsification in Omayyad era. Nevertheless, the unwanted events led to the development of the opponent powers particularly the Shiites, their domination on the mosque and the end of Omayyad era این پژوهش، با هدف بررسی موقعیت سیاسی مسجد کوفه در فاصله­ زمانی 17ـ 132ق، می‌کوشد به این پرسش پاسخ دهد که فعالیت سیاسی مخالفان و همراهان خلافت در مسجد کوفه در این بازه زمانی، چگونه بود و چه تأثیراتی بر موقعیت سیاسی مسجد بر جای گذاشت؟ <strong>مقاله با روش وصفی و تحلیل آماری، به این نتیجه دست یافته است که مسجد کوفه در طول دوره مورد بررسی، به صورت پیوسته جایگاه سیاسی خود را حفظ کرده است؛ با این تفاوت که در عصر خلافت حضرت علی(ع) و امام حسن(ع)، در مقایسه با دوره</strong><strong>­ </strong><strong>امویان، حضور همراهان حاکمیت در مسجد بیشتر از مخالفان بود و در عصر اموی، میان تعداد حضور موافقان و غیرهمراهان در مسجد، به سبب استفاده از شیوه</strong><strong>­</strong><strong>های زور و تزویر، یک تعادل نسبی برقرار شد؛ اما مجموعه رویدادهایی ناخواسته، به رشد نیروهای فعال مخالف، به</strong><strong>‌</strong><strong>ویژه شیعیان و سرانجام تسلط آنان بر مسجد و اعلام پایان عصر اموی انجامید</strong><strong>.</strong> https://hiq.bou.ac.ir/article_72150_1c90c57dd79e614a510a0f0e0c59e4c0.pdf
