This document including the effective principles in the direction of the advancement of Islamic community was developed by the prophet Mohammad (PBUH) and it was agreed upon by all the groups present in Medina. This research is to specify the epistemological position of <em>Vasiqat ol- Madinah</em> through the historical approach as well as the study of epistemological grounds in favor of developing the Islamic community of Medina. The findings of this research clarify that the ontological elements of unity and resurrection together with the anthropologic elements of taking responsibility and dignity of human are considered as the epistemological elements of this contract towards the foundation of newly developed Islamic community of Medina. <em>پیامبر</em><em>اکرم</em><em>(ص)</em><em>به عنوان مفسر و تفصیل دهنده آیات قرآنی هم­آهنگ با نظام اجتماعی مورد نظر قرآن، جامعه اسلامی را در مدینه بر اساس توحید پایه‌گذاری کرد و در شرایطی که جامعه مدینه، متشکل از گروه­های مختلف اجتماعی با اعتقادات و گرایش­های مختلف بود، سامان­دهی جامعه اسلامی بر اساس مبانی و ارزش­های قرآنی و الهی از طریق پیمان‌نامه‌ای به نام وثیقة‌المدینه میسر گردید. این سند که در بردارنده اصول و مبانی مؤثر در شکل­گیری جامعه اسلامی و تحولات رو به کمال آن بود به وسیله پیامبر</em><em>(ص)</em><em> تنظیم شد و به توافق همه گروه­های موجود در مدینه رسید.</em>  این پژوهش بر آن است با نگاهی تاریخی، پس از بررسی زمینه‌های معرفتی شکل‌گیری جامعه اسلامی مدینه، جایگاه معرفتی وثیقة المدینه را در آن با بهره‌گیری از روش تحلیل محتوا مشخص سازد. یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر نشان دهنده آن است که مؤلفه‌های هستی‌شناختی توحید و معاد و مؤلفه‌های انسان‌شناختی مسئولیت‌پذیری و کرامت انسان از مؤلفه‌های معرفتی مورد توجه این وثیقه برای بنا نهادن جامعه نوپای اسلامی مدینه بوده است https://hiq.bou.ac.ir/article_69228_9b8605c276820588f63475534c9bab36.pdf
