It is the way which begins from the deepest inward layers of human being and ends to the highest position of existence. Therefore, the prayer is considered as the most fundamental needs of every human being. The outward aspect, depth, direction, content, time, location, and the conditions of the prayer and the worshiper would greatly affect on the bringing up, life, and dynamism of the life of individual and society. This research looks for the effect of prayer on making and culminating the culture and civilization of Shi’ah and it follows to prove this hypothesis that “the prayer has a great effect on the cultural and civilized growth of Shi’ah” In this article, a prayer (Nodbah), a supplication (Makarem al-Akhlaq), a ziaratnameh (Amin Allah) from the most important and credible shi’ite prayers will be studied through the method of content analysis. دعا راهی مستقیم برای برقراری رابطه بین انسان و خداوند متعال است. راهی که از عمیق­ترین لایه­های درونی انسان آغاز و به بلندترین جایگاه­های وجودی منتهی می­گردد و به همین خاطر همواره جزء اساسی­ترین نیازهای هر انسان، است. شکل، عمق، جهت، محتوا، زمان، مکان و شرایط دعا کننده و دعا تاثیر فراوانی در تربیت، زندگی و پویایی حیات فرد و جامعه دارد. این تحقیق در صدد یافتن تاثیر دعا در ایجاد و کمال فرهنگ و تمدن شیعه می­باشد و  در پی اثبات این فرضیه است که «دعا در رشد و شکوفایی فرهنگی و تمدنی شیعه نقش تاثیرگذار دارد». در این مقاله، به طور تصادفی یک دعا (دعای ندبه)، یک مناجات (مکارم الاخلاق) و یک زیارتنامه (امین الله) از ادعیه­ی مهم و معتبر شیعی با روش تحلیل محتوا مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. https://hiq.bou.ac.ir/article_5667_a96ed6f1bf869a21fc1aee00fdb99c87.pdf
