The history of Iran, constitutional movement is considered a socio-political event, and undoubtedly the Historical approach to literature which was mainifested in the from of literary texts and poetry, is undeniable. In this manner, according to the atmosphere of constitutional movement in Tabriz and along with the movement Azerbaijan provincial association in encouraginy the people's reformist temperament, a kind of literature was formed in service to this socio-political movement that for the first time introduced concepts and subjects that resulted in introducing people's minds to their rights and socio-political predestination. Subsequently, a crucial apposition under the title of quarrel between old and new thoughts which was an accomplishment of Azerbaijan provincial movement and inheritance of constitutional era in Persian literary area and finally it led to the continuity of the pre-constitutional traditions and tranquility of the innovations. the purpose of this study is to study reciprocal relationship between tradition and innovation and is to present new documents regarding the role of poetry and literature with current literary point of views under the protection of attention and action of Azerbaijan provincial association in Iran's constitutional movement. this essay with the use of descriptive-analyticmethod and using the complete collection of Tabriz association newspaper and personal documents of amir hossein nikpour is regulated.
