Islamic civilization is a historical extract of the efforts of various social strata along with various governments that have tried in the breadth and scope of the borders of this religion in various intellectual and cultural fields. Meanwhile, the Idrisi government, which is the first independent Shiite state in history, was able to have significant effects on the political, social, religious and cultural aspects of the Abbasid caliphate, as well as the health of the socio-political system. The results show that among these factors, three were the most important in the cultural behavior of the Idrisians: art, thought and organization of cultural forces. These three factors, sometimes independently of each other and sometimes in combination, formed a powerful range that has political dimensions. And the economics of the Idrisian government also had a positive and undeniable impact. The present article has identified each of these cultural cases in the political apparatus of Idrisian by descriptive-analytical method.
